Want to return your item(s)?

Returns are no problem. Read the steps below to return your order carefully and make sure that your return meets our conditions. Your return will be processed in 2-3 business days after receiving the parcel.

Return conditions
1) The return costs and the risk of the return shipment are borne by the buyer.
2) The packaging of our jewelry must not be opened and the seal must be intact. Opened / worn jewelery is not accepted for hygiene reasons.
3) Your return must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Shipments that reach us too late will not be accepted.

5)Make sure your return is well packaged. The responsibility for the correct packaging of your return lies with you as the sender.
6) The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Surprise box
- Advent calendars / Advent Jewelry Box
- Personalized jewelry
- Inspiration sets with a discount may be returned, but only in their entirety
